Refund policy

At Flames & Scent, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

🔄 Returns
      -We accept returns for unused and unopened items within 7 days of delivery.

      -To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

💳 Refunds
      -Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or            rejection of your refund.

      -If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment              within 7 business days.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

     -Used candles or diffusers

     -Items damaged due to misuse or neglect

📦 Return Shipping
      -Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

      -Please contact us at flamesandscent1@gmail.com before returning any items so we can provide you with the correct return address and process.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
      -If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. We’ll gladly replace or refund the item.
